Additional fees other than the product price
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, brokerage fees, carrier charges, and other fees imposed by their country or delivery carrier. Shipping charges and any applicable fees are shown at checkout where available.
Failure to pay these charges may result in the shipment being returned, and any associated shipping, return, customs, and handling costs may be deducted from the refund.

Sales quantity limits and conditions

Shipping and delivery timing
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, shipping method, customs processing, and carrier conditions.
Delivery area
Pokeru currently sells and ships to select international destinations only. We do not ship orders to addresses in Japan. Orders with delivery addresses in Japan will be canceled.
Returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Due to the nature of collectible products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, subjective condition expectations, or opened products.
Due to the nature of collectible trading cards, condition assessments may be subjective. We do not guarantee grading outcomes or condition expectations beyond what is described in the listing.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@pokeru.shop with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
If the issue is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item), we will cover return shipping costs. In all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If a package is returned due to refusal, non-collection, failure to pay customs duties, or an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for return shipping fees, customs charges, and any reshipping costs. These costs may be deducted from any refund.
We may be able to cancel an order before it has shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Defective products
If a product arrives damaged or there is another issue attributable to us, we will review the matter and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.
