Use of the site

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that may harm the operation of the site or other users.

Product information

We make every effort to present products accurately, including descriptions and photos. However, slight differences in appearance may occur due to lighting, display settings, or packaging variations.

Product images may be representative. For items with multiple quantities (such as sealed products), the images shown may not be the exact unit shipped. For unique items (such as individual cards), the product listing will indicate whether the photographed item is the exact item you will receive.

Collectible products

Products sold by Pokeru may be intended for collecting. We do not guarantee pull rates, contents of sealed products beyond manufacturer standards, or future market value.

Due to the nature of collectible trading cards, condition assessments may be subjective. We do not guarantee grading outcomes or condition expectations beyond what is described in the listing.

Pricing and availability

All prices are subject to change without notice. Orders are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, stock issues, suspected fraud, or other legitimate business reasons.

Order acceptance

Receipt of an order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Export-only sales

Pokeru currently sells and ships to select international destinations only. We do not ship orders to addresses in Japan. Orders with delivery addresses in Japan will be canceled.

Shipping and customs

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, brokerage fees, carrier charges, and other fees imposed by their country or delivery carrier. Failure to pay these charges may result in the shipment being returned, and any associated shipping, return, and handling costs may be deducted from the refund.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination, shipping method, customs processing, and carrier conditions. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Limitation of liability

Pokeru is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or from purchased products, to the extent permitted by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
